Appointment Confirmation: Appointment times selected online are subject to availability. In most cases, your selected time will be confirmed. However, in the unlikely event your chosen slot becomes unavailable, we will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative.
Booking Fee: A £20 booking fee is required to reserve your appointment time & is deducted from your treatment total. This fee is non-refundable but can be transferred to a new appointment if 48 hours' notice is provided.
Rescheduling: We require 48 hours' notice to reschedule your appointment. Less than 48 hours' notice will result in loss of your booking fee.
No-Show: Failure to attend your appointment will result in loss of your booking fee. Prepaid course/package clients will forfeit that session and may be required to pay a £25 rebooking fee to reinstate it.
Late Policy: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and the booking fee forfeited.
